weekend

over the weekend I played more with water colors and adding the color from a kudzu flower. my focus is to have a more completed work by Friday and something that shows a bit more color.

I also discovered an artist called Izziyana Suhaimi who uses embroidery in some of her drawings. I like the way she is able to create these works on paper and you can't really see the holes from the needle she uses. this inspired me to get smaller needles and try to poke the holes in the paper before hand.
