an artist i admire is an illustrator named elisa mazzone. i think the unfinished parts of her drawings make them more compelling and make the image soft. i also like her use of different textures she adds to her drawings. most of her drawings are of women but the different angles she uses make each image different. i admire the fact that although the images look unfinished, she creates such detail in some parts so that when she stops the drawing, everything works together.
